What size is a TikTok video?

1080x1920 vertical at 30fps. The same file works for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat, which all use 9:16.

Why are the clips silent?

So you can add any track at the point you post. A pre-mixed track risks a rights claim that mutes the post, and most short-form views start muted anyway.

Can I put the clip in a longer video?

Yes. They are plain MP4s with no watermark, so they work as an intro, an outro or a cutaway in any editor.

Vertical and Square Server Clips for TikTok

About tiktok and reels clips

Everything else a server buys is seen by people who already found it: the connecting banner, the Discord icon, the loading screen. A vertical clip is the one file that goes onto a platform where discovery happens, which makes it disproportionately valuable for a server trying to grow.

Both clips are 30fps MP4 renders of the live animated scene over four seconds, silent, with seamless loops. Four seconds is deliberate: short-form platforms loop rather than stop, so a clean short loop plays three or four times while somebody reads the caption. They ship silent so you can add any track at the point you post, which also avoids a rights claim muting the post.

The vertical 1080x1920 keeps the lockup in the middle 60% of the height, because TikTok overlays the caption, the username and the button rail over the bottom quarter and controls over the top. The square 1080x1080 is the feed format for Instagram and Facebook and renders well inline on Discord. Neither has a watermark, so both drop into a longer edit as an intro or outro.
