TikTok and Instagram
The square feed post is the one you send when applications open, and it is the format most servers never bother to make.

The square 1080x1080 is the feed format. Instagram and Facebook both want it, Discord renders it well inline, and most square advertising slots accept it. It ships as a 30fps MP4 over four seconds, silent, with a seamless loop so it can autoplay without a visible jump at the join.
It is a real render of the animated scene, not a still with a pan over it. The water moves, the light sweeps across the lockup and the particles drift for the full four seconds, which is what makes a four-second clip worth posting at all.
There is no audio on purpose. A silent clip can have any track put over it in any editor, and on platforms that autoplay muted the clip is doing its whole job without one. If you want music, add it at the point you post, where you can pick something that will not get the post muted for a rights claim.
The practical uses are narrow but real: the post that goes out when whitelist applications open, the clip pinned to the top of a profile, and the four seconds of branding at the front of a longer video. For the vertical version, which is what TikTok, Reels and Shorts actually want, see the 1080x1920 story format in the same pack.
A square feed post is seen small and fast, so saturated scenes with a close subject stop a scroll.
