Licence

One licence per pack, held by the buyer, for use on the community the pack was made for. Broad on use, narrow on redistribution.

What you may do

The licence is perpetual, worldwide and non-exclusive, and it covers commercial use. A server that sells packages on Tebex is commercial use and is included.

Use the files on your FiveM server, including as banner_detail, banner_connecting, the server icon, the loading screen resource and an in-game watermark.
Use them on your Discord, in every image slot, and on your own profile.
Use them on Twitch, YouTube, X, TikTok and Instagram for the same community.
Use them on your website, your web store and any paid banner placement you buy.
Crop, resize, recolour and composite them, and cut them into longer videos.
Keep using them if you later stop paying for anything, because there is nothing recurring to stop.

What you may not do

The limits exist because the product is the artwork, and the artwork is what would be taken.

Resell, sublicense, rent or give away the files, modified or not.
Include them in a resource, template, pack or product that you distribute or sell, free or paid.
Upload them to an asset library, a leak site, a marketplace or a public repository.
Claim authorship of the artwork, or register any part of it as a trademark.
Use them to brand a server that impersonates another community.
Use them to train a generative model.

Transferring a server

If you sell or hand over the server the pack was made for, the licence transfers with it, once, to the new owner. Tell support so the order can be moved to their account. What cannot happen is the licence being split, so that two servers run from one pack.

Your own uploaded artwork

If you supply your own backdrop image, you keep every right in it. Uploading it grants only the permission needed to process it and render your pack. It is not used for anything else, it is not shown to anyone else, and it is not used in any catalogue or example.

Fonts and the painted plates

The display fonts shipped inside the loading screen resource are licensed under the SIL Open Font License, which permits exactly this kind of bundling. Their licence files travel with the resource.

The painted backdrops are generated artwork produced for this catalogue, and the licence above governs them along with the rest of the pack.
