Plain terms for a small digital product. Read the licence page as well, because it is the part that governs what you may do with the files.
A pack is a set of image, animation and resource files generated from one design using the settings you chose. It is a digital product delivered as a download. Nothing physical is shipped and no service is provided beyond generating and delivering the files.
The formats included in each pack are listed on the pricing page and on every design page. The pixel sizes are fixed by the platforms the files are made for and are listed on each format page.
Payment is taken by Stripe. An order becomes payable only when Stripe confirms the payment, which happens through a webhook rather than on the page you are returned to, so closing the tab after paying does not lose the order.
Rendering starts after payment is confirmed and normally completes in minutes. Your orders page shows the status and issues a download link when the pack is ready. Download links are signed and expire after about fifteen minutes; the page issues a fresh one whenever you need it.
One payment buys one set of files, generated from the settings you chose at checkout. Those settings are stored on the order as the record of what was sold and shown to you in full, and they cannot be changed afterwards. A different server name, a different palette or a different design is a separate purchase.
Nothing in the customiser costs anything before checkout, so you can configure and preview as many variations as you like and pay only for the one you want. If something is genuinely wrong with an order, contact support with the reference rather than buying again.
The files are generated for your specific wording, which makes them non-returnable in the ordinary sense. In practice a change request is both faster and free, so that is the first thing to ask for.
If a pack genuinely cannot be made to work for you, contact support with the order reference and we will either fix it or refund it. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory cancellation right for digital content, that right is unaffected by anything on this page.
You may not use the service to produce graphics that impersonate another server, brand or person, that carry unlawful content, or that are intended to mislead. Uploaded backdrop images must be images you have the right to use.
Orders that breach this may be cancelled and refunded, and the account closed.
The service is provided as it is. No promise is made that a pack will increase a server's player count, and none of the platform behaviour described on this site is under our control: Discord, Twitch, YouTube, X and the FiveM client can change their sizes, their caps and their boost rules at any time.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question, to the extent the law allows.
FiveM and Cfx.re are the property of their owners. Discord, Twitch, YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram and Tebex are the property of theirs. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Their names are used only to describe which platform a given format is made for.
