Twitch
Your channel is offline most of the week, and the offline screen is the only thing selling the server for all of those hours.

A roleplay streamer has two Twitch graphics that matter. The offline screen fills the player at 1920x1080 whenever you are not live, which for most channels is the overwhelming majority of the time, and it is what somebody arriving from a clip or a Discord link sees. Panels under the stream are 320x100 and are where the invite, the application link and the Discord go.
Neither of them animates on Twitch, and that is worth knowing before you buy an animated set from anybody. Twitch renders the video player banner as a still and renders panel images as stills. What the animated files in a pack are genuinely for is elsewhere: the 30fps 1920x1080 MP4 is a working starting-soon, be-right-back or stream-ending scene as a looping media source in OBS, and the animated 320x100 strip is an excellent live-now announcement graphic for Discord.
The reason to take the Twitch set from the same design as your server graphics is sequencing. A viewer finds a clip, lands on your offline screen, follows the panel to your Discord, sees the server banner there and then clicks your server in the FiveM list. If all five of those surfaces carry the same lockup, that is one identity seen five times in under a minute. If they do not, it reads as five unrelated things.
