Grouped by what people actually ask about: what arrives in the ZIP, how much you can change, the FiveM specifics, and how payment and licensing work.
What you get
How many files are in a complete pack?+
Twenty formats, each with a still, plus an animated version for the fifteen formats whose platform supports motion, plus seven downscaled logo and icon copies and the YouTube safe-area crop. The loading screen arrives as a resource folder of its own.
What resolution are the stills?+
Each still renders above its target size: twice for anything wide, three times for the small formats where thin type shows softness first. A 468x60 banner is authored at 1404x180 and a 300x300 avatar at 900x900.
Which formats are animated?+
Both FiveM banners, every Discord slot that Discord itself animates, the logo and watermark as transparent APNG, the forum signature, the 468x60 leaderboard, the Twitch panel, and the square and vertical clips as MP4. YouTube channel art, thumbnails, the X header and the store banner are still-only because those platforms do not animate them.
Is the loading screen a video?+
No. It is a FiveM resource with its own fxmanifest, a scene that runs live at the client's resolution and refresh rate, and a progress bar wired to the real loadProgress events. It weighs a few hundred kilobytes rather than tens of megabytes.
Customising
How much can I change?+
Every design exposes around seventy controls: the wording on both ribbons, four palette slots, the lettering treatment and font, the emblem shape and finish, the backdrop and its motion, fourteen cinematic effects, the particle and grain levels, and ten loading screen options.
Can I use my own artwork as the backdrop?+
Yes. Upload an image in the customiser and it becomes the plate behind the lockup. Uploads are re-encoded on the server and stripped of metadata, and the original file is never used directly.
Is the preview the same as the final render?+
It is the same template code, driven by the same settings, so what you see is what the renderer produces. The only differences are the watermark on previews and the resolution, since the preview is scaled to fit your screen.
Can I change the settings after ordering?+
Before you pay, yes, as many times as you like. After you pay the settings are fixed as sold. If something is genuinely wrong with an order, open a support ticket and we will look at it.
FiveM specifics
Will this work with ESX, QBCore or a standalone framework?+
Yes. The two banners are convars in server.cfg, so they are framework-independent, and the loading screen is a plain resource with a loadscreen entry and no framework dependency.
Do I have to host the banner images myself?+
Yes, because banner_detail and banner_connecting are URLs rather than uploads. Any host that serves a direct HTTPS image with a stable filename works: an object storage bucket, your own site, or a static host.
Why is my banner still showing the old image?+
The FiveM client caches banner images hard. Change the filename rather than overwriting it, update the convar and restart. That is the whole fix.
Payment and licensing
How do I pay?+
Stripe Checkout, hosted by Stripe. Card details never touch this site. The order is fulfilled by Stripe's webhook rather than by the page you land on, so closing the tab after paying does not lose the order.
Can I resell the graphics?+
No. The licence covers using them for your own server, community and channels, including a server you charge for. It does not permit reselling the files, redistributing them, or bundling them into something you sell.
Do I get a refund if the pack is wrong?+
The files are generated for your specific wording, so a change request is usually the faster fix and it is free. If a pack genuinely cannot be made to work, contact support with the order reference.
How long do downloads stay available?+
Your orders page re-issues a download link whenever you need one. Each link is signed and expires after about fifteen minutes, which is why the page issues a fresh one rather than storing a permanent URL.
