Web store
A store page that looks nothing like the server it belongs to makes a paying player hesitate at exactly the wrong moment.
Store banner (Tebex) at its real ratio. Hover to animate. Previews are watermarked.
Tebex and most self-hosted FiveM shop themes want a wide header around 1920x500, above the package list. Its entire job is confirming to somebody who clicked a link in your Discord that they are in the right place and that the place is run properly.
That makes it a different design problem from a server banner, because the theme is going to draw its own store name, a currency selector and a navigation row over the middle of your image. These keep that band quiet and push the visual weight to the left and right thirds, with the lockup low enough to sit under a theme title rather than behind it.
It ships as a still, rendered at 3840x1000 and delivered at 1920x500. No store theme animates its header, and an animated file there would add load time to every page view for no benefit. If your theme wants a different ratio, this is the right format to crop from, because the composition already has clear space in the middle and survives losing height.
